Dies zielt erstmals in der Geschichte der USA darauf, die Einwanderung aus Europa zu beschränken, vor allem aus dem armen südlichen und östlichen Teil.

Ich halte dessen hier für überflüssig. Ansonsten schließe ich mich natürlich Pumene an.
