Hallo Viktor,

das eingeklammerte Komma ist falsch und das "in" vor "Dissidenten" muss auch noch entfernt werden, korrekt ist also:

... sind die Dissidenten im Gefängnis gefangen, während die verrückte Ärztin die Weltherrschaft an sich reißt.
