Das scheitert jedoch leider an dem Zahladjektiv "zweite". Lässt der TE dieses weg, so kann (muss) er auch die Kommata weglassen. Wenn nicht, so bleibt nur die "normale" Apposition, welche nun einmal paariges Komma erfordert.
