Das könnten jeweils in ihrer Bedeutung für den Gesamtsatz zurückgestufte Zusätze sein. Insofern wären die Kommas legitim. Eine Zurückstufung verträgt sich allerdings nicht mit der Topikalisierung im Originalsatz:

Ausgestattet mit viel Geduld, Durchhaltevermögen und Empathie, gehe ich zielgerichtet auf das Problem ein.
