Ich fürchte, mit dieser „Korrektur“ hast du es verschlimmbessert:
Ein Präpositionalobjekt ist es schon gleich gar nicht, denn das würde es als eigenständiges Satzglied ja noch weiter aufwerten!

Im Satzglied »auf einem Auge blind« ist »auf einem Auge« aber nur attributiver Teil der Prädikativergänzung.

Einfacher Test: Die Frage ist nicht »Worauf ist sie blind?«, sondern »Wo ist sie blind?«!

Bei der Frage »Worauf ist sie blind?« würde man eher die Antwort »Auf Rot-Grün« erwarten, aber selbst das wäre ein – zumindest gebundenes – Attribut zum prädikativen Adjektiv »blind«.
