Nein, das wäre der Fall, wenn die Antwort z. B. »in unbeleuchteten Unterführungen« lautete.

Es geht hier aber um die Art der Blindheit: Bei »Blindheit auf Rot-Grün« wäre »auf Rot-Grün« ein gebundenes Attribut, da es den Rang eines Argumentes (einer Ergänzung) zum Adjektiv hat. Bei »Blindheit auf einem Auge« wäre »auf einem Auge« ein freies Attribut, da es keinen Argumentstatus zum Adjektiv hat.
